As HattrickIT sought to expand its reach and attract potential clients, they identified the need to enhance their employer branding and strengthen their social media presence. The specific challenges included:

  1. Brand Visibility: HattrickIT needed to increase its visibility in a competitive market to attract both potential clients and top-tier talent.

  2. Consistent Content Creation: Maintaining a steady flow of engaging content across multiple social media platforms was resource-intensive.

To address these challenges, we undertook a multifaceted approach focused on rebranding and enhancing HattrickIT's social media strategy:

Rebranding Social Presence:

Visual Identity: Developed a refreshed visual identity that aligns with HattrickIT's mission and vision, ensuring consistency across all platforms.

Tone of Voice: Adapted the tone of voice to suit each platform, maintaining professionalism on LinkedIn while fostering a more engaging and approachable presence on Instagram.

Content Strategy:

Content Calendar: Established a steady content calendar, scheduling over 5 posts per week on both Instagram and LinkedIn. Over two years, this amounted to approximately 520 high-quality posts.

Diverse Content Types: Produced a mix of content, including case studies, behind-the-scenes looks, employee spotlights, industry insights, and client testimonials to engage a broad audience.

Outsourced Marketing Management:

Comprehensive Support: Acted as HattrickIT's outsourced marketing team, handling all aspects of marketing management, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.

Case Studies and Presentations: Developed detailed case studies and presentations to showcase HattrickIT's expertise and successful projects, enhancing credibility and attracting potential clients.

Adaptable Communication Strategies:

Platform-Specific Messaging: Tailored communication strategies to match the unique audiences of Instagram and LinkedIn, ensuring maximum engagement and relevance.

The collaborative efforts between HattrickIT and our marketing team led to significant enhancements in the company's employer branding and social media presence, particularly on LinkedIn and Instagram. These strategic initiatives resulted in remarkable growth metrics and strengthened HattrickIT's position within the digital product and healthcare industries.

         Enhanced Brand Visibility was achieved through a substantial increase in followers on both LinkedIn and Instagram. On LinkedIn, HattrickIT's follower count grew, marking an impressive 209.29% increase. Similarly, Instagram saw the follower count rise, reflecting a 109.73% growth within the same period. 

This expansion was driven exclusively by organic content, with effective tailored content strategies to attract and retain a broad and engaged audience. The increase in followers not only boosted brand recognition but also expanded HattrickIT's reach to a wider and more diverse audience within the competitive digital product and healthcare sectors.

      Maintaining a Consistent and Engaging Content strategy was pivotal to our success. We upheld a steady posting schedule, delivering over 520 high-quality posts across both platforms over two years, averaging more than five posts per week. This consistency ensured continuous engagement with the audience. The diversification of content types—including case studies, behind-the-scenes glimpses, employee spotlights, industry insights, and client testimonials—resulted in higher engagement rates. 

On LinkedIn:

  • The average number of impressions per post increased by 20.7%, from 2,925.4 impressions in 2023 to 3,533.8 impressions in 2024. 

  • The interaction rate improved from 9.43% in 2023 to 12.61% in 2024, marking a 33.71% increase

On Instagram:

  • The average reach per post surged by 45.57%, from 573 in 2023 to 834.1 in 2024.

  • Interaction with Instagram content also saw significant improvement, with a total of 1,035 interactions from March to August 2024 and an average of 172.5 interactions per month.

       By acting as an Outsourced Marketing Team, we streamlined HattrickIT's marketing operations, allowing the company to focus on its core competencies without the burden of managing marketing efforts internally. This comprehensive support included:

  • Content creation

  • Scheduling

  • Performance tracking

  • Managing travel communications. 

Throughout the partnership, our team successfully managed two rebrandings, oversaw the creation of 520 posts, conducted 6 follow-up events in 2024, and held 35 weekly meetings in 2024. This holistic approach ensured that all marketing aspects were professionally managed, contributing to a streamlined and effective marketing strategy.
